K-5TH GRADE PHYSICAL EDUCATION

District 833 Physical Education Mission:  The K-12 Physical Education department is committed to the development of the whole child by fostering a positive attitude towards fitness and physical activity and by promoting an appreciation of lifelong health and wellness.

Taught by Mr. Haesley, Ms. Raso, and Mr. Spring, our Elmentary Physical Education program at Crestview/Nuevas Fronteras strives to promote daily physical activity that equips our students with the skills and drive to live long, active, and healthy lifestyles.

This website will act as a tool for students, parents, and community members to keep updated on the world of physical education at Crestview/Nuevas Fronteras Elementary School.

APRIL

MARCH in REVIEW

Will we ever get outside?  That is the question.  We are all getting a little antsy and need some Vitamin D….plus, the snow can leave any time it wants to!  We spent March focusing on Team Handball and Basketball. 

What to look forward to in APRIL:

Our units in April include: Bowling, Scooters, Fitness & Strength Activities, Spring Fitness Testing

Tuesday, May 17………..The 5th Grade Track & Field Meet at Park High School.  More details to come as the event nears.
